CAW: Day Four: Favorite Theme Blue I know a lot of people are doing thing like bravery or loneliness for this whole 'theme' thing but I've chosen the color blue. The color blue is used a lot in class. Quite a few of the houses and classrooms are painted blue along with the fact that every character has worn it at least once. And I think it's used very well. Sometime the shade of blue can tell you how dark a character's plot that episode is going to be and I love it.

CAW: Day Five: Favorite Relationship: The Rhodians Now, this is a little weird. We don't hear much about the Rhodians expect for when Charlie talks about how his parents didn't really love him. But I love the relationships that are formed between the Rhodians and Charlie and the Rhodians and Quills. They aren't healthy relationships, but they are interesting and deep ones. I'd love to see more about Charlie's parents or maybe a girl from a different planet that his parents tried to set him up with for an arranged marriage or something. I don't know, but I love the potential that this has.

Class Appreciation Week: Day Six: Favorite Scene Charlie 'comes out' to April. I love this scene for many reasons, 1) April is so cute in it. 2) I love how they don't make the fact that Charlie is gay a big deal. He only ever really 'tells' April. Other than that there's nothing. Which is awesome. Being gay is just one faucet of his personality rather than the whole thing. I was so frightened that in the sixth episode someone's truth was gonna be something like 'I'm homophobic and you two upset me' and then their gayness would become their entire being. 3) this Grace Helbig video fits perfectly. CAW: Favorite Episode: Nightvisiting

"Teen angst or alien invasion?" So I was going to make a video edit. And then I was gonna write a story. And then I was gonna make some gifs, but we've ended up with simply me and my ramblings. For the second post in my Class appreciation saga, I have chosen the third episode, the Nightvisiting, as my favorite. I chose this episode because it deals with a lot of issues. - Grief - Homophobia - Sex - Temptation - Friendship - Budding Romance - Moving on - Loneliness This episode also showcases all of the characters. It isn't only about Quill or only about Ram, or only Charlie, everyone gets their own story line and they all fit together perfectly at the end. Not to mention that this is the first episode where the bunghole defense squad really work together as a team to save the day. We also begin to see how hard Quill has it. I could write loads more, but it's kinda late and honestly the episode speaks for itself.
