Jacques Fath Haute Couture Collection Autumn/Winter 1953-54. Ivy Nicholson wears a black acetate velvet sheath dress by Mougin-Roubaudi, with a long white Rhodia satin scarf by Staron, fringed in black, which forms the draped bodice of the dress and falls in two panels.
