Another rec...
I’m reading a lot of fic these past few days- I have EDS/MCAS/POTS and I’m in a wicked bad flare as tends to happen in June and July. My shoulder keeps falling out, and it’s very painful and messing up my neck and back. So anyway, fic is my friend these days.
This one is another classic by Berty- my favorite “RayK has powers.” In this one, he’s an empathic psychic called upon to help solve a kidnapping case by Fraser and Ray Vecchio. I like this one because RayK is a more fragile, otherworldly version of himself. In some ways, his quiet loveliness reminds me of Duck from Wilby Wonderful, but he’s still not OOC. This is a Ray who’s been driven a little crazy by seeing the world differently than other people, and a Fraser who’s irresistibly drawn to his charismatic feyness.
