Radha Usman Syed, once known as Radha Ganesan, comes from one of South India’s most celebrated film families — the daughter of legendary actor Gemini Ganesan and actress Pushpavalli, and sister of Bollywood’s evergreen diva Rekha.
Unlike her sister, Radha took a different path. A promising model in the 1970s, she caught the eye of Raj Kapoor, who offered her a role in Bobby (1973) — which she famously declined. Instead of fame, she chose peace and family, marrying Usman Syed in 1981 and later moving abroad. 💍✨
