When Life Gives You Lemons...
Find a way to help others! I am happy to have contributed to a great cause and in return will forever have this super comfortable sweater that my good friend Elaine (@elainechaya) created to help the victims of COVID-19.
“In a world that currently feels uncertain and may seem lemony sour, the one thing that does feel certain & sweet for sure is the connection that’s grown throughout the world during this time. As well as solving our potentially current quarantine fashion emergencies (is anyone feeling like they're running out of home clothes to wear or is it just me?), I wanted to create something that would also pay it forward to others during these challenging times.
When we get out of all of this (hopefully very soon!), no matter what, we're all forever gonna be connected as the collective ‘Class of Quarantine 2020’. So alas, this "class sweater" was born. I mean... I don't think we'll ever be able to think of 6 ft separation the same way again, am I right? Proceeds from these unisex sweaters will go to a person, couple or family in need and the best part of it all? You can nominate people to help out!”
