Personality Swap/Modern AU where (@pencilstab’s) Vaughn is shy, socially awkward librarian, who gets hit on by the flirty, confident and successful CEO of a baking goods company, (@chipsncookies’s) Amelia, who does behind-the-curtains business with the brash and psychopathic mob boss Alex, having her stores as his fronts and getting his help in killing her competitors.
Until Vaughn is put in danger through association with her, so Amelia bugs Alex until he sends his egotistical, over-dramatic consigliere (@classydoctor’s) Kai to work with Vaughn and protect him from any rivals of Amelia that try to kill him, a job he’s pissed about but can’t do anything to deny
