From the series "A Temporary Discomfort" by Claudi Nir.
There's a semi-joke rivalry between the two Dublin colleges that offer Photography as a degree. The criticisms of the other have always been stronger than sometimes necessary and while I obviously have a natural bias against the neighbouring IADT because I attend the clearly superior (*joking*) DIT, sometimes you have to give in and admit one of the others have done something worthwhile. This is one such occasion.
This series deals with the idea that maybe your hometown isn't what you once recognised it to be after spending a significant amount of time in another place. While the blurb for the series overcomplicates the project aims, this is an otherwise very enjoyable sequence of images.
