The foundations of this Octastyle temple (having eight columns across the front) were discovered in 2008 by archaeologist Bedri Yalman.

Yaklaşık 6 ay önce Mut‘un Doğancı Mahallesi Hükümet Caddesi‘nde alt yapı çalışmaları sırasında kazıda ortaya çıkan tarihi taşın üzeri fark edilmeden üzeri kapatıldı ve yolun üzerine asfalt döküldü.
