When I was in my teens, my struggles with anxiety and depression prompted my GP to send me to a therapist. I found it hard to talk to a stranger – a middle-aged man who didn’t fit my idea of a therapist at all. He was red-faced, plummy-voiced and awkward.

Not the usual thing I put on my blog, but it’s an article that I thought dealt with an interesting topic within the YA book community. :)
