Day One - Clean Spring

From a Facebook post on my personal page...

“I've decided that May is to be a 'clean' month for me. The three main offenders - alcohol, caffeine and cannabis are all now prohibited from entering my system.

My desire to announce this on a public platform derives not from any need for praise or encouragement but instead to give awareness to those around me so that they may not unwittingly dangle unwanted temptation.

I also feel somewhat compelled to state that I feel this decision is integral to my physical and emotional wellbeing, so please go easy on me.

If anyone feels they would benefit from joining me on this mental mission, please drop me a message and I'm sure we can help each other.”
