Family: Pebblestar (father), Streamgaze (mother, deceased), Clearhowl (half brother) Gender / Sexuality: she-cat / questioning Personality: the innocent girl next door, the home schooled girl whose dad was hick asf, protective dad = naive daughter Backstory: Osprey is the youngest of her litter, and the only one to survive when green cough ripped through camp during her first moon. Osprey’s mother died getting green cough and Osprey nursed with a foster mother, raised by her father, Pebblesplash. Pebblesplash was the deputy, and opted to mentor her when she was of age. Because of this, he was able to keep any interested toms and shecats away, and did so even after she became a warrior. Except the leader dies, and makes Pebblestar leader, and now he doesnt have time to monitor his daughter social life. She’s finally off leash, socializing (or at least trying to). She’s super sweet, but super innocent, will take everyone at face value, probably has a best friend who tries to talk her into seeing a reality she cant see with the rose colored glasses on. Ospreyswoop is in training to become a response warrior, hopefully the speaker. She is training under Pebblestar’s replacement, an elder warrior named Lakesplash. Lakesplash has negotiated a lot within the clan helping soothe fights and arguments, and Ospreyswoop hopes she can be as wise someday. Fathers encourage their children to go talk to him, warriors who want an in with the leader will invite him to hunt with them. He’s the most eligible bachelor, and Pebblestar keeps encouraging his son to pick someone he thinks will benifit the clan. Clearhowl doesnt really know what he wants. He thinks he might want to shoot for a leadership position, but he just isnt sure if its because its what his father wants, or if its because its what he wants. He tends to use Ospreyswoop as a distraction, protecting her from getting lead on by a cat. It’s not much, but its honest work.
