(oops, sry) About ur food-question on your WD-askblog, I heard raw beef sashimi is quite yum! I'm fascinated by raw meat as food, and I wanna try everything in that category that I can find. Carpaccio, Steak tartate etc... Maybe this is because I'm german, and I know how GOOD raw meat can be! We have this popular stuff around here, it's called mett. It's raw minced pork, that you eat bread roll! Usually w chopped onions! Some also put chopped pepper and mustard seeds in it. It's de-li-ci-ous!
I also like raw beef! I have always liked my steaks rare and honestly it’s not a far jump. It’s just like eating the rare part of a steak, for the most part. (I love raw fish more than cooked fish too.)
I’ve never heard of eating raw pork! That would personally put me on edge because it’s pork and historically that hasn’t been safe to eat raw, but I’d be down to try it! According to my 5-second google search, apparently it’s safe with the current food safety standards!
