It had not been easy to find this place, let alone be granted audience with the Oracle. Or, at least the Oracle to yet fully be, as those whom protected the vicinity had explained--with no less reverence than one might’ve the pope himself. It had taken weeks of correspondence before the outliers who protected the White Rose’s Sanctuary felt as though they could be trusted before reluctantly allowing them an audience. The trek upwards the mountain was like ascending into a vibrant paradise, some remnant of Eden that had lingered instead of being spoiled by the first sin. Ascending past even the height of low clouds, Sypha was practically breathless by the time they finally made it to outer sanctum where a writ of passage admitted them and stoic guards allowed them through.
Bid to wait in a courtyard where the inner sanctums beyond were shrouded in dense foliage, lightheaded by air of supernatural purity, carefully did they seat themselves on a stone bench bordering a mirror-glass pond.
From there, judgment would be passed if Sypha’s plea would be worth passing on the Oracle at all.

❛ i don’t mean to be rude but ... you’re not very good at this, you know ? ❜ stealth is an art, people say, and one very difficult to learn & master, they should know. it’s definitely easier in a big city like this : big crowds, bizarre fashion at every corner, the general concept of odd looks seemingly lost between a neo - bohemian wave of sorts / no one pays much mind to the likes of them, for one, despite the mask that covers their mouth & glows in different shades of red as they speak. people also don’t seem to mind the considerably tall robot walking next to them. and they’re both practically criminals of the state. a pixelated smile mimicks the one that must be hiding underneath cloth & carefully engineered circuits. the robot quietly elbows the seemingly human individual right before they open their mouth again, making sure to speak quick, before lumeniel has the chance to say something out of line again. ❛ do you need assistance, oracle ? you s --- SSSSEEM --- unwell. ❜ nailed it.

Her tainted blood--gods above, it hurt. What had been unbearable in the havens felt like nothing compared to this, consecrated ground where no tainted thing could walk. Yet, here Lunafreya was with Pryna and Umbra trotting with concerned grunts and whines at their mistress’ distress, Gentiana just a few paces ahead as she smiled encouragingly and enigmatically. Though it seemed more a mental pain, the Oracle who could walk heedlessly among even the daemons was in a silent agony she dared not any else detect. As if in a show of defiance of it, she downed a philter of Potion that caused her to shudder but subsided the pain--for now.
By the time Lunafreya finally arrived at the entrance of the Sanctuary, taken within the receiving chamber, she was politely told to wait. Doing so with demure polity, it was only a matter of time.

“Yeah, well... I doubt they would’ve put effort into this work, so I don’t mind doing it, instead. I’m just thankful the shelves are still intact.” Ritsuka hands off a few books to Passion, as they work to restock the library shelves after a particularly rough argument between two Servants. She’s referencing the (rather exhaustive) index the former bookkeep kept, but it still ends up going over her head... (Well.. Will anyone notice if they’re slightly out of order...?) “I am thankful for the help, though. ...It’s amazing, how big this library actually is, for a private family’s collection.”
