This is the opposite of your rescue inhaler (Salamol)! ➡️ Function: It uses a low dose of steroid to reduce chronic swelling/inflammation in the lungs. ➡️ Goal: To prevent asthma/COPD attacks that put severe strain on your already weakened heart (LVSD).
⚠️ THE #1 RULE: You MUST use this inhaler EVERY SINGLE DAY, even when you feel well. It needs time to build up its protection. And always rinse your mouth afterward!
