Look good. Feel good. Climb good. - Ancient Chinese Proverb Climber: @tia.tracey
Reposted from @crimpersclimbing - @holdbreaker sent me a sports bra to try because I commented that sports bras really hurt my neck, shoulders and upper back. This is common and can really make wearing a sports bra painful. I wore this beautiful top in all aspects of my climbing. First, I wore it outside climbing and I had it on about 10 hours. Second, I wore it route setting along with my bamboo @tragurtoughandtechnicaltank for about 11 hours. Third, I wore it working out for about 4 hours. I felt no pain. The bust and chest areas were more supportive so the straps were less weighted. The straps were thick, but not bulky. The elastic of the straps was not tight or digging into my muscles. The material was soft and not abrasive. I loved this top and I recommend it. It is comfortable, very elegant and it won't make your back, neck & shoulder muscles ache. Thank you for your generosity @holdbreaker
