So there's this cute neighbor girl

I met her when she was moving in. She seems interesting, with a tattoo sleeve with a clock on her forearm. So, the issue is that I drunkenly texted her last night if she wanted to hang out. She accepted, telling me she'll let me know today. That's all well and good, but she has yet to let me know, so I am getting that sinking unconfident feeling that one gets. Oh well... Let's see what happens.
