Lance had to accept that you can’t bring the dead back, so they renamed the baby Laura and she arrived to loving parents and an even more loving Uncle(grandpa) Coran.
And whenever Coran accidentally calls her Allura and she pouts that ‘but my name is Laura’ Coran’s eyes always tear up a little and he holds her close. “Yes, you are!” like the good grandfather he is.

“If it isn’t the witch’s new toy.”
“What do you want, Sendak?”
Sendak stared at the panting human standing in the middle of the training arena. Mere weeks after Voltron left him behind and he already had the praise of their Emperor. Sendak hated him. That boy, not even fully grown, thinking of himself so highly just because of Haggar’s experiments. The general eyed the mechanical hand the boy was so proud of. Newest technology and the witch kept updating it. Lance was staring right back, with a smirk and mocking eyes. Bluest blue glanced at the galra arm and back at his face.
“What are you trying to accomplish by training so intensely? With the weak bodies your species have, you won’t be able to go much farther.”
“Green is not your color for jealousy to be your shade, Sendak.”
Sendak growled, baring his teeth.
“What are you trying to prove, human?”
“I have nothing to prove, galra.” Lance’s smirk grew impossibly larger. “Differently from you and your obsession with proving yourself in the eyes of your emperor.”
“Our emperor.”
“Do not correct me when I’m not wrong, galra.”
Sendak immediately took action. An attack that would certainly knock that prideful human out of his pedestal… If it landed.
It didn’t.
Instead the galra found himself pinned to the floor, cheek firmly pressed against the cold ground, body immobilized. He did not know how exactly, but if the glowing hand of the ex-paladin was anything to go by, the witch’s magic had a part in it. As if reading his thoughts, the human snickered.
“You know what is you guys problem? You believe only in one type of strength. You think that once you find your type of strength, it’ll be a waste of time to learn another. You are weak, and so is your emperor.”
“You will not talk about Lord Zarkon this way!”
Sendak tried to free himself, but the jolt of pain that ran through his body was enough to frustrate his tries. Lance made sure to hit the galra’s head on the floor for good measure. Sendak had hated the human the first time they confronted each other, the stubborn fool coming out of a come just to shoot him, but then and there, pinned against the dirty floor of a training arena, the galra could feel nothing but wrathful loathing towards him. The way the human was so smugly sitting on top of him, how the human underestimated him enough to hold him down with only one hand, how the human smiled with so much amused disdain.
How he let the human do it all. How his body answered with fear. How his soul sobbed in desperate anger.
Sendak hated that human.
Sendak wanted to tear him to pieces.
Sendak wanted to send him to hell.
Send him back to Hell.
“Listen to me, Sendak, listen well.” The witch’s pet was growling each word, he truly sounded like a lion warning an annoyance. “I am not loyal to any of you, including your emperor, and the first chance I get to chuck all of you fuckers into the pits of Hell, I’ll not hesitate. Haggar is the one who I’m loyal to, and she’s the one stopping me from doing so.”
“You—!” The pressure on his head increased and he gritted his teeth.
“But not for long, I assure you, Zarkon’s pet. Soon, soon this game will have another player and he’ll make damn sure you get the end you deserve.”
Bluest blue, burning with wrath. Sendak could feel shivers running every part of his body, from his toes to the very tip of his ears. He could see it. The monster Haggar had created. The creature filled with pent up rage and a strong desire. The beast that would not stop until it got what it wanted. The galra had never felt so much fear.
“What is happening here?” Zarkon’s sudden voice alert the two of the emperor and the witch’s presence. “I came here to see Haggar’s most prized and I find my general pathetically pinned down, now that’s curious.”
Lance immediately got up, the galra finally being able to breathe properly. Sendak got up slower than the human, careful glare trained on the kneeling creature’s back, and kneeled before his emperor.
“I was training and didn’t hear Sendak come, so, by reflex, I attacked and immobilized him. My apologies, it’ll not happen again, my lord.”
Haggar cackled from her place by the emperor’s side, as if she knew what in truth happened. She probably did, Sendak hadn’t been very subtle about his distaste over the human and his position. Zarkon let out something that could be considered a chuckle.
“Do not apologize for being strong, Lance. I hope to see more of your strength in the future, hopefully not against my helpless general.”
“Yes, lord Zarkon.”
“And you, Sendak, losing for the same man twice? I expected more. Double your training, I don’t want any more failures from you.”
The galra emperor did not wait for an answer, leaving the room without as much as a second glance to his general, but he received one anyways.
“Yes, my lord.”
“My boy—” Haggar made a gesture with one hand, signaling the ex-paladin to come to her “—come with me, I have something for you.”
“Yes, mother.”
With that, the two left Sendak alone to mull over his thoughts. He had long ago stopped believing in monsters and demons, but after that, he could not deny the existence of the Devil.
The walk to the laboratory was uneventful, Lance telling Haggar what exactly conspired in the arena between him and Sendak. She softly patted his cheek when he told her that she was the one he was loyal to, thanking him with a motherly smile and filling him with warm pride.
What was waiting for him in the lab, though, was… Interesting, at the very least.
“Mother? What…?”
“This is for you, my son. The very first clone I made.”
“Shiro…?”
Lance stared at the man kneeling by Haggar’s feet. It was Shiro. Arms cuffed behind his back and a muzzle covering half of his face. Gray eyes glared his with burning wrath. Body tense, the clone looked ready to attack. Lance fully expected him to start growling. Just like a subjugated feral dog. The collar around his neck only made the comparison stronger.
“If you want it to be.”
In that moment, the clone, with a burst of sudden speed, pounced. He certainly didn’t think about his actions. Without being able to use his hands and not being agile enough to use his legs, he had no other option than throw his body onto Lance. And that was what he would’ve done, if his collar hadn’t sent a shock wave through his body.
With a muffled scream, thanks to the muzzle, he fell on the floor. Muscles twitching, he resumed the wrathful glaring.
“Sadly, it is still hostile. I was going to destroy it, but I thought you would be pleased to have it.”
“Thank you, mother.” Lance crouched down to move some of the long hair so he could see the gray eyes better. They had a yellowish tint near the pupils. “I love the gift.”
The clone’s hateful glare burned into his blue eyes.
(Warning this will contain some NSFW points for certain characters and pairings, also if you don’t want to know about evil versions of certain characters don’t read this post or others)
Shiro:
His evil counterpart would be similar to the evil clone from season 1 (not season 3-6)
He’d also have glowing yellow eyes like evil!clone Shiro
He’d also be able to hide his glowing eyes when necessary
He’d be more abrasive and outright with his evil
He would be cruel, cynical, and willing to hurt/kill people to get what he wants
He would smirk more and try to get into people’s heads. Even play mind games with his opponents
Sendak would be his leader and he would obey Sendak/Other higher-ups commands
Though he would always be loyal to Sendak only because he would be programmed to be loyal to Zarkon, Sendak, & Haggar
Sendak would also train (fuck) him really hard so he’d be in tip-top shape. Just because he’s a clone doesn’t mean Sendak wants a bratty slacker.
Again he’d be an evil clone of Shiro and would’ve had become a real character in this AU
He would kill Shiro and use his original’s status to destroy Voltron from the inside. Having them distance themselves from each other (Reminding Keith he’s alone, Using Pidge’s family to goat her, remind Hunk is a coward, etc.)
When they all found out that it was an evil clone of Shiro, he’ll just outright kill them all. Maybe even tease Keith about Shiro since they were the closest
Maybe implied unhealthy sexual relationships between evil!Shiro/Keith and/or Sendak/evil!Shiro
Keith:
His evil counterpart would be the paranoid Galra Emperor so all of is would take place after the ‘Kral Vera’ episode. The only difference would be Keith is the person who lights the fire, not Lotor. (Whether or not he did it on purpose or accidentally is up to you.)
Keith in this AU would be cold, distant, and instinctual. Only trusting himself and no one else. Kinda similar to Zarkon.
He cares not for other races that don’t bow down to his might, even the Earthlings and is prone to violent outburst to people who question him.
He also killed his friends/Lotor in this AU so he would keep their skulls as reminders of their past. He secretly misses them and will sometimes cry to himself while remembering them
He also wears heavy armor that is sharp and black, somewhat similar to that Sauron’s armor from Lord of the Rings but with no faceplate and a less pointy crown.
Keith not wanting this job is forced to be the Emperor and has to seek help from someone who understands being royalty: Enter Lotor
Lotor obviously use this to his advantage to get Keith to be on his side, use him to follow his agenda
Lotor would subtly gain Keith’s trust and keep him distant from his friends. Lotor would use lies like ‘your friends are too busy to see you’ & ‘they don’t need you and you don’t need them’
Keith being insecure about what Lotor said agrees with him and keeps himself distant from the paladins
Keith would even have Lotor be his advisor/consultant for tactics, rules, and regulation. He even asks him on galra culture so he can understand his people more
If the paladins try to contact/visit Keith, Lotor would act as Keith’s communicator/voice so he can be the only one to relay messages to Keith. Obstruct of their visits/messages and deny they didn’t visit or message him
After a year or so, when Sendak & Haggar are destroyed, Lotor would be the only person Keith would trust because ‘after all the times they could’ve visited him, they didn’t’
Lotor has even convinced Keith to kill some certain galra commanders, traitors, and ‘suspcious people’ that could potentially ruin his empire (Lotor’s agenda.)
Keith would only rely on Lotor for advice, strategies, and personal stuff. So much that they form a friendship (and even an intimate relationship) between the two
When Keith finally sees the paladins again in person, they would notice how different he acts. Keith acts cold and distant towards them, acting nobler (but in a snobbish way)
They make a comment about his behavior and he’d send them away as he’s in denial of his behavior
After the paladins leave, Lotor fears that his life is on the line & lies to Keith. He lies that the paladins are secretly trying to kill him and destroy his empire.
Keith believing this and becomes paranoid that they are coming after him.
He sends fleets to find the paladins and kill them.
The paladins would soon confront Keith in person (whether through their own volition or Keith’s doing), and try to convince him to believe in them.
Keith not wanting to believe them orders for their death’s, each paladin’s head chopped off
After a few more years Keith soon becomes paranoid that more and more people were out to kill or destroy his empire. This paranoia causes him to have anxiety, bipolar depression, and violent tantrums
Lotor terrified for his life tried his best to please his ruler (lover) and keep him calm. Using drugs to keep him calm
Sometimes Lotor would use the drugs to let certain laws get passed through
When Keith realized what Lotor was doing with the drugs, Keith starts to distrust Lotor
Keith then finally is done with Lotor’s shit Lotor and has him executed.
Keith after that only trust himself and his instinct. He soon has the galra empire go back to enslaving the current planets the empire rules over
Anyway, that’s all for Shiro and Keith. Next will be Lance and Allura because we already know about ‘Empress Allura’ and if you like Lance be prepared for a lot of langst. Bye~!
Kuro had been angrily lurking in the prison for who knew how long anymore. So he killed a battle cruiser full of Galra soldiers in his rage over the span of two days, so what?
He was an agitated weapon and left to his own devices. Could you blame him when they forgot to feed him three days in a row?
Now he was chained up and put into lock down. So when he heard noise, he was curious, peering up at the door before him as the sounds of rushed footsteps and a few Galra Sentry’s hit the ground with a thud.
What he didn’t expect when the door opened, was the sight of a Paladin of Voltron standing in the doorway staring at him. Bar the clawed arm, yellow eyes and sharper teeth, he knew who he looked like deep down, but it hadn’t clicked in for him at that exact moment yet.
Is he feeding me now? He thought idly and stared curiously, unmoving in his labyrinth of chains holding him down.
