Children of Demeter are usually passive in nature and would prefer harmony to war. Like Hera, Demeter's children exhibit strong maternal instincts but the focus of this energy is quite different. You place strong emphasis on nurture, care and kindness, and you can usually be found vehemently fighting for environmental and animal rights such as animal testing and deforestation. You love all forms of nature, and you either have or wish you had your own garden. Children of Demeter are excellent hosts, and being the offspring of harvest, probably prefer organically grown food and homemade meals. While generally kind and giving, you can get extreme when angry, along the lines of drought and plague to crops. Mortally, that would translate to something like cutting off those who are toxic in your life, although this is an extreme option when advice doesn't pan out.
