Gordie's biggest achievement, in her mind, was when she got offered the teaching job at Bancroft Elementary. She knew that she didn't want to stay in Boston, not after her bad breakup, and everything reminding her of her ex. Had sent out multiple applications but Bancroft was the one that she wanted the most. When they called and offered her the job (after a couple interviews) she jumped at the chance. Moving from Boston to Washington, DC without a glance backwards.

Gordie was born to two people that probably would have been better off as a friends with benefits situatio - definitely not to bring a child into the mix. Her father had been born into a humble Irish immigrant family, never really had a lot, and didn't ask for a lot. Her mother on the other hand had been born into wealth and privilege. Two people that couldn't be more opposite. They met in college when her father had been given a hockey scholarship and they started hooking up with each other. In their senior year she realized that she was pregnant and was devastated. Though they weren't meant for each other, having seen other people off and on, they still married. Over the next three years they'd welcome another child, both of them boys, and finally in their fifth year of marriage Gordie was born. She loved and adored her father - a huge daddy's girl while growing up. He was playing professional hockey at this time and was often gone from the family. Her mother, never really loving her husband, started sleeping around as soon as he was gone. Didn't really try to hide it from her children though they were often with nannies. Everything exploded when Gordie was seven years old and her father came back early from the games because of an injury and caught his wife in bed with her lover. The two quickly divorced and her mother left. Stating that she didn't want the children, she wanted her freedom and the chance to do everything that she didn't get to because she was a wife and mother. Which was perfectly okay with Gordie; wanting to stay with her father either way. She'd go on to study teaching at Northeastern College. There she got into a relationship that would last all four years of college before they had a bad breakup. Instead of wanting to stay in the city, she sent out applications to nearby areas, away from Boston, and when she got the job offer in Washington, DC she jumped at the chance. It was close enough to home that she could visit her father and brothers but far enough away that she thought she could make new memories.

The biggest thing in Gio's life is venturing out from his family's preferred line of business. None of what he currently owns has anything to do with them, aside from their name being in the name.

Not much is known about Giovanni De Santis, outside of the fact that his parents are big shots around the city. They hold a lot of sway, so much that he gets tired of hearing his name being dragged into business transactions. The biggest leap for him was venturing out from under his father's thumb, seldom an action done in his family. It was well established in the De Santis household that you follow in your father's footsteps or you'll be met with resistance. It wasn't something that scared him to his core. No, instead, he saw it as a challenge to put himself on the map. An old name with a new face and new business ventures taking the city by storm. Despite his newfound success, Gio is constantly looking over his shoulder as he remains in contact with his siblings and mother. Fear lingers as he waits for his father's other shoe to drop and send him hurdling back to his family.

Mickey likes to believe her current biggest achievement was getting away from the man who was sick enough to buy her from her father. She feels as if she is free from everything that she can do what she wants without torment.

Mickenzie lost her mother before she even got to know her, her mother died giving birth to her. She had a father who only saw her as her mother. Her father spent most of his time at his restaurant until Mickey was 7 years old when his restaurant went under. A few months after that he lost this mind and decided to sell his daughter on the black market for $300,000 to a man in Washington DC. They had all the documents to make it look like he had adopted her into his family when he just wanted her for his own. She didn't know what to do at first being in an unknown home. Eventually as she got older she focused on her schooling and started painting for fun. In her junior year, she ended up winning best painting and got to travel to New York for an art exhibit. 

During the exhibit someone who knew her birth parents came to her and talked to her about it. Mickey never told her "adopted" father anything about it. She remembered what happened and what happened throughout her childhood. She kept quiet about it, once she finished high school. She went to the George Washington University to study criminal justice as well as art and even took different languages. She did everything to make sure she had her future set straight. She wanted to help children and women who had been through what she had been. During the time she was in college she had a fling with a guy who became extremely obsessed with her and she had to tell the Dean about it and he removed the male from school as he sent threatening letters, texts and cops even found photos of her in his dorm room. That didn't stop her one bit from focusing on her future. Mickey graduated college and started her Private Investigator business while also creating art to sell to art galleries and even private investors. She eventually got away from the man who claimed to have adopted her, mickey won't tell anyone how but she can thank her criminal justice degree for that.

Desirae's biggest achievement was when she got the role of Blaire Woodrow in the reboot of the NBC soap Passions when she was 20.

Desirae was born to Joanna Thomas on July 6, 1998, who was a servant to the Cryner family. She has no idea who her father is and lived on the Cryner family estate with her mother. Even though she was just the servant's daughter, they treated her well because her mother was such a wonderful and loyal employee of theirs for years. Desirae grew up with the Cryner's children and even attended the same schools as they did. When she was nine her mother died suddenly from a brain aneurysm. The Cryners quickly worked to adopt the young girl, as they could not see her being shipped off to foster care when the estate has been her only home and they did love her as one of their own since she was born.  She is forever grateful to them for accepting her into their family.

Sienna's biggest accomplishment would probably be the Spa that she created, or thus graduating her boarding school with top honors and then graduating Oxford University with her degree in Business and Medical Science.

Sienna Cross is the younger sister to Adelaide Cross. She was the noble one, the one who followed willingly in her brother and sisters footsteps, until she wasn't under foot any longer. Boarding school helped her stretch her wings, get her out of the shadows to find and develop her own identity even though that came with a price especially during her parents divorce. She nearly flunked out, sinking into the ways of others partying too much on the weekends and the nights rather than tend to her studies. She quickly got her life turned around and threw herself into her work, falling into the ways of the Royal's image being the perfect princess for all lively functions. She graduated school with honors, moved on through high recommendations to Oxford where she studied business and medical science having her sight set on opening a luxury medical spa for the elite inner circles of the world. When her brother passed, and her sister fell nearly off the wagon she packed up her things and headed to the states where she had full intention to help her sister in any way possible while expanding her business into the states hoping to have another succesful location. Sienna, with a level head on her shoulder is no stranger to slipping up in her ways as any young woman in the spotlight may do. The paps and press in the states are far different than those in the UK something she has to learn to navigate and deal with.

Eleanor's biggest accomplishment was rebelling against her father and proving her father wrong in regard to her career choice. She decided to become a fashion designer instead of becoming a lawyer like her father wanted her to be. Her father had doubt in her and really did not think that she would do it or complete it. She completed it and finished an internship in Paris with Chanel and then later on with Vogue magazine. It compelled her to decide to come back to Washington to open her own store.

Eleanor Rose Evans was born as the youngest of her siblings, she has a few older siblings but the one she is most closest to is her older brother Tyler. She was always daddy's little girl in her father's eyes.  She was determined and strong as her mother and grandmother. Growing up she did not know the difference between half-siblings or anything like that. She saw her brothers and sisters as that, never understanding why they did not live with her. She grew up close with Tyler though and they have a close brother-sister relationship. When Tyler left for New York after finding out the truth, Eleanor decided to go as well. Her father wanted her to become a lawyer and to attend Georgetown University but that was his dream, not Eleanor's. Eleanor decided to follow her brother and moved to New York to pursue a career in fashion. Fashion had been something of her interest since she was little. She loved playing dress up and when she was older her grandmother taught her to sew. That is what made her take the bold decision of following her dreams and she attended NYU pursuing a degree and career in fashion designer.

She’d always been creative and she’d loved parties so she put them together and created Something Borrowed, which is a wedding planning service. It’s the one and only thing she’s ever truly done for herself, which is why she calls it her greatest achievement.

Adelaide's birth was history-making, since she was one half of the first set of twins born into the British royal family. Luckily for her, she was never supposed to be queen – in fact, at the time of her birth, she was fourth in line to the throne. She and her husband were close friends and, at one point, were madly in love with one another. A year before he died, however, Addie found out that he was cheating on her. Then, she found out that he was deathly sick – cancer, apparently. She stayed with him out of a sense of duty, even with her heart hurting every step of the way. The same week he passed away, however, his mistress came forward with a tell-all. Knowing that the press would be relentless, that they would say some truly awful things, Addie begged her grandfather to let her go back to America, at least for a while. Kaiden was born in Boston, Mass the only son to Jayson and Victoria Jones.  His father was a member of Boston’s Hells Angels and his wife was Kaiden’s mother.  It was a very male dominated household despite there being only Jayson and Kaiden.  Victoria suffered many beatings for speaking up until she finally left.  Kaiden was raised in the Hells Angels mindset and knew he would be one all his life.  However, Jayson was found guilty of drug trafficking and this devastated the young male.  He decided to break away from Boston and decided to go to DC to study.  He failed getting into college, but got a job as an apprentice to a fellow Hells Angel child.  He was becoming a mechanic.  He did join the Hells Angels in DC.  He met and fell in love with a woman only to have his heart broken when she left because of all the drugs   It was then that Kaiden decided to get rid of all the drugs from the Hells Angels, and with his rise of power in the MC. he was able to do so.  His friend who helped him was killed in a driving accident and Kaiden took over the automotive shop, changing name and basing his MC out of there.  Somewhere he knows his father is proud of him for continuing the legacy.  He never thinks of his mother, but he treats women with respect
