Question: what are your thoughts on Suigetsu and Sasuke as a dynamic? He's pretty handsy with Sasuke like Naruto, just a little bolder about it at the start. Do you think Naruto would feel jealous seeing Suigetsu and Sasuke hanging out? Or would Fox boy and Shark twink get along much to Sasuke's chagrin?
I think Sasuke and team Taka are cute, him and his band of other little weirdos. Suigetsu having the least boundaries and also being blunt is funny and but would actually probably drive Naruto crazy in the beginning before he got used to him.
Like I could see as soon and they all get together for the first time after the war Suigetsu being super cheeky and blunt about them being together finally, and teasing them both relentlessly; Sasuke would just completely ignore him stone faced and Naruto would be shaken because he thought they were sooooooo stealthy about it (they're not. Everyone else just knew to give them space... and talk behind their backs 😂)
Suigetsu would probably go right back to hanging off of Sasuke and I think it would make Naruto jealous because he thought he was the only one that got to touch Sasuke and never in public like that. He'd probably get pouty about it and be like "I dunno I just don't trust that guy...." until Sasuke finally makes him spit it out later when they're alone that he's jealous or like, wants to know whats going on with that freaky water guy and Sasuke. They bicker and make out up and after that I think Naruto would be really happy Sasuke has friends and would get along with them.
But if its just Taka and sns hanging out I think Naruto would definitely try to cheekily stake his claim cause he knows they're all a little obsessed with Sasuke in their own ways but Naruto and Sasuke are soul bonded 🤼♂️
Semi related but not strictly in your question but would add layers to this, I don't really mind when people ship Sasuke and Suigetsu, they're not long haul for me but you know, trauma bonded troubled teens and all that they may have had experiences, but in my mind Sasuke was not opening the door of sexuality at all until after the war. I think he would have been so repressed and so focused on his shifting (and deeply traumatic) goal posts that none of that would be really on the forefront of his mind but I see why people would ship them.

But I personally prefer (well obviously) Gaara x Naruto over Gaara x Lee. I don't mind GaaLee, theres def a lot of cute stuff of/about them, but I feel like they'd be better suited as platonic friends.
A lot of Gaara's interactions with Lee I think stem from him seeking penance for maiming Lee, which I totally see where people see the shipping chemistry from. Lee is eternally positive and optimistic, and forgives Gaara so easily. I think Gaara especially in the beginning of his redemption needed a friendship like that, but I never got the like... soul bond vibe that he and Naruto have.
Gaara really has a space in his heart fully reserved for Naruto, it's deep and permanent and drives so much of who he chooses to be and what he chooses to do. When he imagines an ideal future in the Tsuki no Me its having a kind family and playing with Naruto every day.
So without going off too crazy, I still think GaaLee is cute, if NaruGaa was off the table it would be my second pick for him, but I prefer NaruGaa more 😗

- If they ever had kids I don't think they would until later in life, maybe 40's/50's
- I think Naruto would want them more than Sasuke
- If they went the biological route (depending on timing) I think Sakura would be honored to surrogate for them, and I think Naruto would be the bio dad. I could also see them adopting kids seeing as they were both orphaned and know how painful that was.
- I think restoring the Uchiha clan became more about the reputation of his people than the actual living clan, and Sasuke would actually want the Sharingan and the possibility of another Rinnegan to die with him, because of how much pain and strife it's caused the world.
- I think if they did it at the right time they'd be good dads, but would butt heads a lot in parenting styles 😅
- I don't know a lot about Boruto because it honestly makes me really sad lol, but they both seem from what I've seen to not be uh, very present fathers. And I think that could happen even in a sns situation if they became parents too early, and had too much competing for their time and energy. But give them a few decades to set the world straight, heal, rebuild, fuck each other crazily whenever and wherever they want, and settle down and maybe some kits could be a good addition to their lives.
Ive been drawing a lot of Gaara and NaruGaa lately so I feel compelled to make another characterization post for my vision lol 💭😑🫷 if you do not share my vision that is so fine I do not claim to be the authority on anything
While I prefer to draw bottom/side Gaara and yes I draw him all flustered and blushy most the time, (and with a narrower frame- I do also like when people draw him with more muscle too) In my mind he's not feminine/girly or really even all that shy. I think he'd be foreward and blunt, he's always come off as open and honest to me in canon and approaches new experiences with the perspective that many things (especially social ones) are new to him, but he's receptive to the guidance of others. I think that's one apect that makes him such a strong and capable leader. He doesn't have a huge ego and isn't insecure in the things he doesn't know. He knows he needs other people and they have knowledge he lacks, and working together with them is a strength. He also has his own ideals that he isn't afraid to stand firm on, he's not a pushover even if he's adaptable. Even though he's made a lot of strides I think Gaara keeps most of his feelings inside and doesn't express much. As a child he expressed love and it got him very hurt, then he could only express hate to protect himself and it hurt others. In his teenaghood and young adulthood I think he's still figuring out what level of expression of his feelings is right, and Naruto is a safe person to do that with, because he sees what Gaara always was at his very core, someone worth caring for.
Now because I'm a porn drawer I will take that reading into my thoughts on his intimate life with Naruto 😅
I think he'd still be vocal and clear with what he likes and what he wants in an encounter. He's just..... easily physically overwhelmed by sensation and weak to neck kisses.... who can blame him.... He gets all breathy and lost in it and Naruto loves hearing his deep voice purr praises, so hell do whatever he can to get those out of Gaara.
To me their relationship kinda sits in a place maybe not everyone understands, but it works for them. They're friends first. Their friendship and trust means everything to them and they consider each other truly trustworthy allies. But there are experiences and mutual attraction that definitely skews outside the platonic. They like spending time together, when they can. They love making each other feel good, but if they never had sex again it wouldn't ruin their friendship.
If Gaara were to move on into a closed relationship I think Naruto would be sad but ultimately happy for him, but would miss getting to kiss him. If Naruto had to close that door I think Gaara would feel similarly, but might try and shake hands a little longer every time they meet.

I dont really have like hard headcanons its kinda depends on how I want my dolls to kiss 😅 Because to me they are both switch/vers but in my mind their Dominant and submissive expressions differ as does the kind of power exchange they play with when in either role, the collar being a signal of wanting to be in that space.

I think Naruto also likes when Sasuke is mean to him, it was pretty formative to their relationship 😂 I think the satisfaction they each get here is Sasuke having complete and utter control over one of the strongest people in the world, and Naruto gets all of Sasuke's attention and if he's good enough he can earn praise from the person he admires the most (he reeeaaallly wants that) for a while Naruto can shrug off the responsibility of being the hero and the leader and just be Sasuke's little pet
D Naruto / s Sasuke
This dynamic I think would be totally different, more so centered around care. Sasuke has been abused and manipulated by pretty much every single person he ever trusted, has a unbelievable amount of survivor's guilt, shame around the choices he made when he was lost, and a million other things that can make some days hard to exist in his body and accept Naruto's deep and endless love- but he knows that that is his one and only stable and true lifeline. It took time but he knows he can trust Naruto to care for him while he moves through those feelings and that Naruto can be a steady and kind guiding hand, he never gave up on Sasuke and he never stopped loving him, and in the end he really did know what was best for him.
I think he would gravitate towards pain not for Naruto's pleasure (though he LOVES seeing Sasuke all marked up and claimed) but rather as a way to ground himself in his body and in the present moment, and drown out the dark thoughts. I also think he is a masochist and just enjoys the physical sensation of certian kinds of pain lol (must be an Uchiha thing...)
Sasuke's submission presents more of a need to be guided, cared for and absolved of the burden of choice. I think it would calm him to just let go of everything and focus mentally on Naruto and physically on the sensations presented. He trusts Naruto, he needs to trust Naruto, he needs to let go and he needs to be torn apart and put back together- and Naruto feels deeply honored by the resposiblity, his Domination is in a way still servitude to Sasuke

In light of talking about NaruGaa twice in recent days I'm gonna lay it out so here's me rambling about my soft headcanons mostly around NaruGaa but also how it works into my imaginary timeline of sort of canon compliant events 👨🏫

I'm gonna skip right to Shippuden since I assume people know Gaara's origin story. I like to think that they kept in contact through letters or something during the period between Naruto and N:Shippuden. I think of all the people in his life Naruto is one that Gaara feels deep kinship and safety with, and that he puts a lot of trust in him, while at the same time not really knowing how to navigate a friendship or what names to give any of his feelings as he basically didn't socialize in any normal way until he was like 13, and Naruto is also an undersocialized neglected child so at least theyre both weird about it.
When Gaara is taken and killed by the Akatsuki we all see Naruto lose his shit insane style, and the way he holds him when they get him back. To me this is the most pivotal moment for them where they both kind of realize that they feel something deeper and that either of them could die anytime with all those things left unsaid, so that evening in Suna Naruto refuses to leave Gaara's side and once they're finally alone they have a real heart to heart about their big weird unknown feelings and Gaara is the one to articulate that he wants to be closer to Naruto. They end up doing some heavy cuddling/dry humping/but not full on fuckin and spend the night together. Gaara has never been with someone like this so its very overwhelming for him but he is good at speaking his mind and Naruto is very attentive. Naruto has also never done this with a non-shadow clone so its new to him too, his only other shared intimacy being very charged brawls with Sasuke (a different post but we all know) (also their parting scene makes me laugh thinking about this like, Naruto just remembering them last night infront of everyone and doesn't know how to say goodbye normal and Gaara is just stone faced like shake my hand its fine)
I like to think they continue to talk long distance for a lot of Shippuden, but they don't get a chance to be in the same place much, if they do they kinda repeat their first time but as time goes on Naruto gets more troubled about Sasuke and feels guilty being happy while he's out there suffering. I think they'd talk about it and Gaara is understanding how full of love Naruto is and would be frustrated with Sasuke for hurting Naruto, but he can't help but admire Naruto for still loving Sasuke. Gaara reminds himself that he was once jsut like Sasuke and he shouldn't hold any animosity for Naruto still wanting to save Sasuke, because he knows he can. But it does make him sad that its causing Naruto to pull away from him a bit.
I think Gaara would care more about his friendship with Naruto than being intimate with him, and outside of Naruto he's not very sexually driven. So even though he really likes being touched by him, if its making Naruto feel guilty he'd make himself content with being his friend.
Cut to terrorist Sasuke arc and Gaara and Naruto's meeting in the snow, I think he said what he did really coming from a place of pain seeing Naruto so fucked up over Sasuke, and his priority was Naruto's preservation (but we all know Naruto wouldn't live without Sasuke so, they're a package deal lol) I think Gaara would want to apologize to Naruto after the fact (I don't think he would think he was wrong to say what he did tho) and for better or worse continue to support him reminding himself that Naruto saw the old Gaara as someone worth crying for and befriending, and he was changed for it, so maybe Sasuke can be too.
I think they wouldn't really get a chnace to talk much until during/after the war, but then they have a talk about what and where they are. I think Gaara tells him he's really in love with him in a way he's not sure he can or will feel for anyone else (seeing Naruto almost die made him sure of that) but he also acknowledges the limits of their positions and homes and that Naruto and Sasuke have a clearly unbreakable bond. Gaara lets him know that he wishes they could be more, but he really treasures the time they had together for what it was, and Naruto lets him know that he still really loves Gaara (and thinks hes really hot) but things are weird and he needs to figure shit out
Skipping a bit because this would all be a long ass fic if I wrote out my thoughts in full (I will never ever write it but I do have like 12 chapter events outlined for my post-shippuden timeline lolol)
I think Naru and Sasuke would talk it out and they both feel that Naruto is a free person and their relationships to him are unique. Both Sasuke and Gaara are away a lot and they form a mutual respect for eachother so a bit down the line Sasuke and Naruto feel secure enough for him to have his time with Gaara when he can, but Sasuke is and will always be his home. And now we can get to the spicy headcanons

I think once they get down to it and get to try more things out Gaara would be lukewarm on topping and not very into anal, despite Naruto's talent on either end. I kinda like to think that the sensations of both are strange for him and he prefers things like dry humping, edging, kissing, and really intense petting and touching. So in a stroke of genius Naruto lets him in on the secret of the sexy-partial-transformation-jutsu (boy pussy style) just to let him try something new out and Gaara REALLY likes it (as in using the jutsu on himself), so that becomes their preferred setup whenever they get together. Naruto of course couldn't care less which gear he wants to use but now that they've found a setup that works he loves to tease and push Gaara a little further every time, and finds out that Gaara is especially receptive to oral. Hes a lot faster to adapt to Naruto's size this way too and now greatly prefers bottoming, and is also very vocal about what he likes. While fucking Sasuke sometimes feels like a battle (which he loves), Gaara melts in his hands at the slightest touch as is extremely responsive, he's also quick to get overwhelmed (in a good way) and sometimes cries and it makes the sicko part of Naruto go feral.
I also like to think that because of his lack of sleep as a child and his lack of taijutsu training Gaara is a lot smaller than Naruto and Sasuke, and Naruto really likes that too. While he loves how strong and resiliant Sasuke's body is, Gaara posses a very different softer frame that makes him feel big and strong, and he diffinitrly has to remind himself not to go as crazy on him as he does on Sasuke (though maybe Gaara can work up to it...)

Hey, how does Naruto response to softness? Sasuke seems to be overwhelmed with gentle touch when he's handled delicately, but what about Naruto?
I'd imagine he'd be more used to gentle care about his peers during more chill hangout time for Naruto, but has he ever been held like he's a delicate fragile loved one? Held and touched like he'd turned to dust if his partner wasn't careful? Would he feel overwhelmed and love it like Gaara when he's touched by the ever caring Naruto? Or would Uzumaki be more scattered and falling apart like Sasuke, feeling too comfortable with roughness that soft feels like torture?
Does Naruto have a double standard for himself on whether or not he wants/needs some delicate care for himself? Would he feel comfortable asking for something soft or does he need a nonverbal request signal to ask for something sweeter like how Sasuke uses his collar in a previous S&M post? In general
I don't think its as much of a... struggle? For Naruto? Not the way it is for Sasuke at least. He gets so much satisfaction from giving that receiving isn't always his first thought. It takes some time to find their balance but overall I think he'd be quicker to accept tlc than Sasuke. He doesn't have the same adversion to leaning on others that Sasuke does.
True Naruto maintains more casual closeness with people and doesn't have the same hangups around physical affection as Sasuke, but the emotional care aspects hit him. He has lots of friends who care for him deeply, but no one knows his heart and makes him feel known quite like Sasuke.
He probably does have a bit of a double standard about it all. He feels fulfilled by giving attention, and sometimes receiving it feels less important to him. I think Naruto always wants to feel useful, wants to be the one who puts others first. Being taken care of, like truly taken care of isn't something he's used to either. He naturally falls into a caretaker and protector role so I think he's a little caught off guard when the tables flip. His first instinct is to go back to what he knows, he should be the one giving care, affection, love. But in time they both get better at receiving in their own ways.
I think when Sasuke first initiates with nothing but gentle tenderness, not wanting anything from Naruto except to make him feel loved and accepted, it makes him so happy he can't really hold it. He's wanted. Someone wants him. Someone really really knows him and sees him and wants him. He's loved. Sasuke loves him. He always knew they were bonded. Even at their lowest he knew Sasuke cared about him, he just doesn't know what to do about it. But now he does. Sasuke knows how to love him now. He's giddy and smiling and tears threaten to fall at any moment. Its a good overwhelm. Hes like a wiggly happy puppy. Its so much better than when he used shadow clones to stave off the starvation. He can't stop smiling and making happy little noises, when Sasuke stalls he does that little shake to ask him to keep going. Nuzzles and buries himself in Sasuke to surround himself with his scent. It makes his heart hurt how happy this makes him, its like he can even feel Kurama purring too.
Once they reach that level I think he'd have no problem asking Sasuke to... pet him lol, but they don't always need words. Each of them can crawl into the other's lap or give a certain gentle glance and they understand what is needed.
On collars
Made me chuckle a little to see my interpretations of Sasuke's collar signal as 'sweet', I think its sweet too but he's basically like, without words saying "im fucked up rn come hurt me about it" lol

And since you mentioned Gaara, in my imagined semi-canon-compliant timeline he was Naruto's first experience with like, intimate affection. They were able to comfortably explore tenderness together, and find out what it means for them. I think Gaara is straightforward with what he wants and likes, and even if Naruto takes the lead Gaara wants Naruto to feel good too. I don't think they fully banged/sexually touched eachother until later, but in the Shippuden days they had some chances where they just, needed something gentle. A mutual closeness between two people who shared a deep connection, but they both know its..... its different than whatever Sasuke and Naruto have. To me the line between platonic and sexual and romantic for them are all very....maliable? It doesn't make sense to everyone but it does to them. There's deffinitely some give and pull and they weren't always on the same page but at the core of it all is mutual love and respect. They both learned a lot from each other.
