i must know. if owen is the god of vengeance and all that, are the others gods too? if so, of what? this is actually so intriguing to me, it might inspire fanfics lol (i love your battleship bloodletting art btw!!)

There absolutely are! The basic premise of this AU is that the 14 main VSMP characters are a sort of pantheon of Oakhurst. They each have their own domains/associations, myths, and rituals/followings. A lot of this is more based on how the people worshipping them tell their stories and see them as opposed to nailing down precise character moments.

The pantheon of Oakhurst is divided into two sections, called Houses: The Exalted, the primary group, and The Exiled, a sort of secondary group of gods that are pushed away by The Exalted. We've developed The Exiled house far more than The Exalted so far, haha. In fact! I can give a quick rundown of ALL The Exiled gods here:

Scott: head of the exiled, god of dreams, the night, night-creatures, vampires, and heads of households. He is believed to stalk dreams and the darkness, taking those who fail to honor taboos. The night-creatures are thought to be the remnants of those he has taken.

Owen: god of revenge, war, solitude, and the woods. He gained the domain of vengeance after loosing his love, Louis, and the domain of war he took from Legundo (which I may write something for in the future, I have many thoughts about that particular myth...)

Pyro: god of scholars and knowledge, part of the formation of the exiled house/reason Scott is considered the "head". Lured away by promises of knowledge, of the dark, of the woods, of the night-creatures.

Shelby: goddess of inspiration and love (agape, or love of the world, specifically). Highly beloved, her followers try to bring her back to Oakhurst's light with sacrifices.

We have some ideas for The Exalted members, but there are only really two we've actually nailed down to some extent:

Avid: god of hunting and alchemy. Specifically takes the domain of hunting after Elle (former goddess of hunting) dies.

Legundo: god of health, healing, and medicine. Former god of war.

Apo and Cleo would also have specific myths associating them with The Exiled in some way (Apo having escaped them, Cleo possibly being some sort of intermediate between the two Houses?).

And that's about it so far! If I ever develop this further it would probably be exploring what sorts of myths give the gods their associations or develop this world. If you (or anyone else) ever decide to take inspiration or make something for this, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE show me!!!! It would be so very cool and The Council Would Be Pleased /silly
