I use my kuhn rikon pairing knife for almost everything, not kohls but $10 most places. When I move I will probably buy the biggest set I can find to replace my current serviceable set.

i have a nice paring knife but everyone keeps being like you don’t need anything but a paring knife and i’m like...this is really stupid i want to cut a potato in half. chef’s knife. this line appears to come in colors !!
