Smoke wafting from his form as he eyes the younger man, clouds drift over cobblestone — across path and then ankles — curling around the clown's legs as the (vice) Admiral lets out a grunt. "We gonna do this the easy way or the hard way?"

"You've thwarted Captain Buggy one to many times, Pirate Hunter." A wide, almost too happy grin split Puggy's lips, revealing pronounced canines even though he knew full well that the swordsman was not easily intimidated. "So I've be called." ; for Zoro ! c:

"Hah?" Is he talking to him?

Turning his head in the direction of the voice, it takes him a second to locate the clown. Once he does, he blinks not once but all of three times as he tries to figure out what this guy's going on about and who he's trying to impress.

'Cause it's definitely not him.

"Who the hell are you?"

A SHARP SNAG seizes her chest. For a moment, it feels as if her heart caught the tip of a rib. The erratic rhythm is still far from settling, however. Frozen in a flinch, Neela's gnarled fingers twitch before her. A scream is stuck somewhere between her diaphragm and throat, but it fails to reach the air. Instead, she stares wide-eyed at the multicolored man before her.

"What did I do!?" she whines, "Why did you scare me like that?" Lips begin to quiver. A lacrimal glaze coats her enormous umber eyes. "I thought we were friends—"
