“Ain't no goin’ back after this, Sugar. You sure this is what you want?” Cooper asks her and meets her eyes, “I ain't in the habit of sharing.”

Lucy stares right back at him, her heart thundering loudly in her chest as excitement and arousal pool in her gut. She reaches out, tangling her fingers in the tattered duster that Coop wears. She nods easily, “I want this. I want you. ”

Cooper laughs, dry and dusty, and it sends shivers down Lucy's spine. He takes a step closer, one thigh settling in between her legs, and he draws her in for a chaste kiss that still leaves Lucy a little dazed.
