first kiss story: he was in chess club just doing his thing, when a girl waltzed right over to him and gave him a smooch. she’d been dared to kiss him cause that was like the ultimate gross dare. she was like: “ew” and he was like: “wow”

kinda mean, but i imagined a scenario from when he was a teen and tried to ask a girl out, he wasn’t exactly her type to be frank, and got laughed at

had a big glow up at like 20

he’s the example when people talk about nerdy guys.....erm packing.....

he’s very clumsy. at first it was cute, but after he spilled your very hot tea on your lap, you didn’t find it that cute anymore

he often just stops and thinks, like you can be sitting and having dinner with him, and he’ll suddenly just disappear into his mind whilse staring wide eyed at his plate

can’t cook at all, like really, he’s gonna burn your kitchen down get him out of there!!!!

his go-to workout is just cycling around

awkward around crying people, just stands there patting their shoulder like: “Don’t cry.....?”

he values patience, it’s a very attractive quality to him

i said earlier that he would suddenly just stare off into the air and think, so he would definitely get captivated by you and just sit there admiring you without saying anything

looking at how i almost dropped Bobby like croissant for him on my first route, i’d say my opinion is pretty high.

i’ve always felt drawn to the more shy and awkward guys. it’s easier to have a good flowing conversation with someone when you’re not intimidated by them. everytime i get a scene with Carl, it’s just easy and comfortable. there’s no pressure or anything. you simply sit there and listen to his silly little stories - all from how awkward he found kissing to be and to how he took a whole massage class to impress a girl.

like i said in my post for Noah, he’s one of the characters that i have fully figured out. i feel confident when it comes to Carl. i find him so easy to read. although i like being able to brain storm a bit when it comes to a character, i do appreciate the simpleness too. being able to understand someone without a second thought is also so fun because then you can easily recognize why they did this and that and why they are the way they are.

not only is a very cute character, but i find him and Noah to be the most good looking islanders, so there’s also that.

i dont have anything more to say other than that i really, really like him ;)

i don’t get how people used to say Carl gave off serial killer vibes, i know damn well that if he ever came running towards me with a knife, he would’ve just fell flat on his face, impaling himself with the knife, before even reaching me.

do you think carl would ever get married? if so, how do you think the proposal would go?

yeah i think he would. he says he doesn’t, but i think that’s more of an “in the moment” kinda thing, like right now he doesn’t want that because he wants to focus on his career and getting married takes time away from that, but in the future he could totally change his mind.

after a couple of years of being with mc though, at least 3+ years, he would start to think about marriage.

he would most likely plan something really extravagant too. i kinda like the idea of mc proposing.

example: he’s been planning the proposal for long, but one time when they were watching a movie where someone got married, she just turns to him and says they should do it too. then he’s like: “mc, i wanted to be the one proposing to you” and she’s just like: “babe i was just bantering. wait were you really??” he then tries to deny it, but she doesn’t let it go and he eventually shows her the ring. badabing badabang and they’re engaged.

if not that, knowing Carl, he wouldn’t be good enough at hiding it. everything from not coming up with a good cover-story for when she asks where he’s going, to him leaving the check for the ring out or him calling someone telling them with her in the house :(

it wouldn’t go ideal for him, but it would be adorable and so Carl in the end <3
