Okay so... Here's what I was saying earlier on dcharmaine lol.
Today Alex and I were finally in the same group again. It was amazing. Nothing happened but it was so.... gahhh my nerves were all over the place! Like I dont even know haha. In this group activity I was the professor and he was a student along with 3 others.
So Alex is just sitting there smiling at me and I was already nervous as it was because they were waiting for me to talk so I get up and tell Jerrid I don't know how to play my role, which was 100% true! I had no idea what I was supposed to do to get this thing started. So Jerrid says to teach about something I like to do. "What do you like to do," he asks. I knew my group was listening and I legit had no idea how to answer. Like I don't do anything. So I'm like "music? Tumblr?" and Jerrid's all "okay! Teach about music, the history of your favorite music. Or how to use tumblr." Lol let me just tell you, it took everything not to lose it over tumblr. Then he gives me his stapler and he's all "or just teach on how to staple a paper." Hesitantly, I took the stapler because I knew it would go horribly wrong.
So I go back and sit down and Alex starts smiling at me again and I'm all "why are you looking at me like that?" with this goofy little smile on my face. And Alex is like "you're talking, I'm listening to you talk." I wasn't talking yet. And still smiling at him I slightly nodded like i don't believe you, but okay let's go with that for now. And tbh my interpretation of his smile was more like this is ridiculous lol but you got this.
Okay so do you remember me talking about how I get ridiculously happy/interactive around Alex? Or was that my real life friend I said that to? Oh well, I have no idea... Hah soo here's what happened I looked down at the stapler and I'm like "WAIT I can't do this without paper, can I?" I get up, got to get some of my own paper and then one of my students rips a piece out of her notebook so I don't have to go all the way to my seat, 15 steps away. Okay so I sit back down, start smiling at the paper, folded it, laughed a little, and said "okay so here's what you do... Take your paper right..." I then stapled the folded paper. "YAAAAAAY WE STAPLED THE PAPER!" Lol I lost it. I completely lost it I couldn't stop laughing and Alex was laughing at me and Jerrid was laughing at me and my group was laughing at me and the next group was laughing at me and I couldn't stop laughing at me. My head was buried in my hands as I shook my head at myself. "I'm sorry, I can't" I kept saying. And I'm just like "It's not even this funny" and you know what? I blame Alex because he didn't stop smiling at me. All I could think in that moment was NOT AGAIN
This is going to be quite the semester.

EDIT: Oh! I forgot to mention one part!
So at the end Alex smiles again and he's just like "Good job, you were great." You know what? I smiled back and I'm just like "You're lying, but thanks"
And then came the slight laughter.
