Just to clarify, yea the continents are moving but they're so slow that without instruments to record the movement it takes 100s of thousands of years for any noticeable difference. Pangaea was formed about 300 million years ago. So we're still can't be too sure if it's canon that the Earth's crust does move at all in the show
