everything has been a little bit exhausting for nicola lately, besides taking over two establishments in kingsboro, namely blue and cherry pop, a lot has been also going on with her life outside of it. claudia’s overdose, marissa being back in her life, her thinking about a way to end her relationship with her other sugar babies, roman, whom she knew would be okay with it, but kami.....it’s going to be a long conversation with him. her nightmares has still been lingering in her mind, which isn’t helping at all. she was tired, she needed a break, yet she doesn’t show it with a lot of people, not because she’s arrogant, but she didn’t want people worrying about her. though, there’s one woman whom she could trust, someone she could be a little bit vulnerable with. she doesn’t have to tell her, she could just see through everything. cleo.
the businesswoman decided to visit the cove after she left blue early, nodding at the younger woman’s employees before heading up to her office. she knocks on her door a couple of times and waits right there, holding a bottle of an expensive wine she knew cleo would love. “hello, cleo.”
The Heart of the Sea Vineyard and Winery, a property recently acquired by Marissa Harrison ( @themarissaharrison ) Cleo Lopez ( @cmlopezofficial ) and Nicola Sloane located at Pennsylvania, named after their daughter, Cordelia Lopez.
nicola, as usual, chose to spend the rest of the night at cleo’s place after that awards night and gala dinner they’ve attended to together. they’ve been always each other’s dates, she didn’t want to fuss and waste her time to spend another event with anyone else, she’s always preferred the company of the younger woman. there’s been an abundance of rumors about the two of them dating, co-parenting cordelia, married. which they’ve mocked on camera so many times already, but they are basically determined to get the truth and know whatever their relationship really is. well, cleo lopez and nicola sloane are just friends, right? right.
somehow, the restaurant owner seemed to have waken up first between the two of them after such a long night. they’ve gotten back home at three in the morning, sneaking into cleo’s bedroom without making any noise. nicola grabbed her glasses on from the bedside table and checks the time of her phone. fortunately it is a saturday morning, and she doesn’t have any engagements for the rest of the day, so she can stay here for as long as she like. she takes a robe and puts on a sleeping robe and heads down to the kitchen, the other blonde’s back facing her as she was making breakfast while cordelia was sitting by the dining table. “good morning,” she greets the both at them, signing at the child as she was walking up to them.
what: nicleo talking about extending their vacation to other places + feels

Montauk wasn't meant to be the final full cure for her loves's woes; But it certainly was meant to help. And fortunately, that has been the case. Nicola and Marissa have seemed happier over the course of the past week than they were back at the wedding reception, which had been her goal. Plus, seeing them with Cordelia... It was perfect. Seeing her with the other two women, she looked as if she could also be their daughter, which... gods, it filled her heart with so much warmth. Cleo was glad that she came up with the idea of inviting both women. Up at the lighthouse, she was looking over the beach of Montauk and the Atlantic Ocean, feeling so at peace. She was tempted to ask if the three wanted to extend their trip. Or maybe, they could continue with their vacation elsewhere. She bought a home in Hawai'i about two years ago... Costa Rica was also a beautiful destination... Maybe they could go to Greece... Cleo Lopez wasn't ready for them to go back to Kingsboro. She just wanted the four of them to continue being at peace and to be happy with each other without the threat of other distractions threatening to appear.
nicola
this has been the most peaceful nicola has felt in a while. it's that state where she never knew she'd be able to be in after the endless cycle of nightmares started. now....they've seemed to subside here, with marissa, cleo and cordelia with her. it isn't just the place that's bringing her the serenity she's always longed for. it's also the people she's with, and she's thankful to have them with her. she doesn't want to return to kingsboro yet, she wanted to stay a little bit longer in this little paradise. or if they going to come back in town, she immediately wants to plan a trip for the four of them. they all needed it, after years of drowning herself with work, taking care of blue and cherry pop, business trips, she deserves this, especially if she's going to spend it with the people she loves. she finds herself up at the lighthouse with the restaurant owner, looking over at the rest of the beach as she moves closer, wrapping an an around her waist. "thank you....thank you for this, cleo," she whispers against her ear. "i know i've said this a thousand times before, but i don't know where i'll be without you."
cleo
Normally, she might have tensed up if someone just came up behind her. But when concerning Nicola, she instantly melted into the woman. She shut her eyes as she leaned back, moving her face to nuzzle her neck. "Mmm, you're welcome, baby," she mused, kissing her jaw. Cleo was certain now that the idea of going back to Chicago has left the older blonde's mind. That she was going to stay, stay with her and Riss and Dela. She has become so much more at peace now. Even after her talk that one night with the young brunette, the gallery owner had seemed more relaxed. She just wanted both women to feel secure and safe, that she got them completely. "I don't know either, Nic. Having you both here... It's been incredible. And Dela's absolutely enamored with Marissa." Despite being rather friendly, the nine year old was also skeptical around strangers. Especially if she doesn't know if they can sign or not. So her daughter falling in love with Riss... "This is all I've ever wanted." Admitting that out loud... It was scary. But it was true. Turning around and leaning back slightly against the railing, she wrapped her arms loosely around Nic's neck as she gazed up at her. There was a soft yet warm smile on her face. "Let's not go back to Kingsboro just yet. Why don't the four of us go somewhere else? I have a mansion in Hilo we can stay at that's near one of the beaches. Or we can go to Greece, or Costa Rica, or South Africa- I'm not ready to go back to the city. I just... want to stay with you three. Wherever that may be, I want to be there with you."
nicola
"i'm glad marissa and dela are getting along. but i don't know how can you not fall in love with the little sea princess, i don't know how can you not fall in love with riss either. " at a young age, cordelia has taught nicola a lot in life, besides basically learning ASL ever since they met, the little girl is such a little ball of sunshine, she brings out the businesswoman's playfulness, which is something rare to see. besides cleo and marissa, she's also someone who makes nic happy, with their conversations about a book that she's bought for her, the little drawings she makes, and teaching her a couple of words in ASL every time she stays at their place, which sometimes ends up as a way for them to tease the restaurant owner. she had been so scared diving into this, but not now. she's not avoiding whatever this is she shares with the two women anymore. she cups her cheeks as she wraps her arms around her neck, staring deeply in the younger woman's eyes. "i don't want to go back yet," she admits, caressing her cheeks with her thumbs. "how about.....we go back for a bit, plan everything....settle our responsibilities for the next month, and just....make sure everything else is being taken care of while we're away?" the thought of being away not because of business, but for leisure is something that nicola has needed for a while, and this seemed like the perfect time. "you, cordelia and marissa.....i go wherever you three are."
cleo
Watching the two together... It felt so right. Whether it was Dela with just Nic or Riss, it felt like it should be. And once you combine the three together? Perfection. Cleo could watch the three all day, could bear witness to her favourite people being together. Of seeing her daughter stare at the two women adoringly. She knew that Cordelia brought something special to Nicola's life, how she's been able to provide that for the past four years. She hopes that the same will happen with Marissa. Or maybe, she doesn't have to worry about that. It was happening already, wasn't it? And slowly, Cleo and Marissa were bonding. After their heart to heart, things have gotten easier. And by the gods, did she want to feel for the brunette the way she felt for the blonde. She was getting there, she knows it. But she was also admittedly impatient. The younger blonde beamed brightly. "That sounds perfect, baby. And I know that they'll love it as well. I just... I just want to be with you three so much." The three women deserved this, of being away from everything for quite some time with each other. Green eyes scanning her face, her heart was bursting with happiness. "I feel so lucky... having you and Riss in my and Dela's lives. It just... couldn't be complete without you two. Everything's so much better with you three in my life. I feel... happier. I haven't been this happy in so long and I want to provide that happiness for you three."
nicola
"i don't want to be anywhere else without you three." that sparked an idea in nicola's head that she knew if this was a different time, she'd question it. but she just couldn't be away from them right now. "how about it really stay with you and dela for as long as i'm allowed? my....the penthouse gets a little bit too quiet sometimes." she was always alone whenever she's 'home', and somehow she hated it. she'd have her sugar babies to temporarily have the thoughts out of her head. yet this....this made her realize that there are more important things right now than going back to chicago and do something that again, she knew isn't worth it. the temptation of heading there has been replaced by the need of being with marissa, cleo and cordelia. "i'm glad that you're happy. i...that's always what i've wanted for you. you've stayed with me through those dark times....and just....i thought it was going to scare you away. but you stayed. and i just.....cleo...." she looks into those eyes, saying her name in such a different tone, it's somehow full of....love, something that tells her that she also has her heart, she always have, it's been two years since nicola realized this. and being able to tell her ths, at last, without any restraint, it felt so good. god.
cleo
Her idea was unexpected. Yet her eyes lit up and her smile grew. The smaller blonde nodded. "Yes! Yes, of course. You... Gods, you're able to stay for as long as you want. I can even give you your own key, if you want. Come and go whenever you pleased- even your cat is allowed." Ooo, she should start working on getting the other two women their own keys. And to make the pent more accommodating for her cat. The idea of her being over more and more... It seemed so natural. It felt as if she was coming home. And by the gods, does she love it. How everything felt more at home now. It was like starting a puzzle and finding all the perfect pieces. Glancing up, Cleo froze slightly. Her face softened, eyes gazing at the other. "Of course... I got you. I always have. Leaving you... it's never been an option." She'd been scared at first. The nightmares... they were frightening. But the thought of leaving her be and to fight her nightmares by herself? The idea was even more so frightening. She couldn't leave her- she'd never been able to. And for the past few years, she'd been realizing why. Why the other was so important and special to her; Why she couldn't have just left her. It was something she hasn't allowed her to feel in so long. Cordelia healed her heart a long time ago. But even so, she'd been hesitant towards loving someone else for so long, despite her heart being healed. Looking at Nicola... her gaze and her voice... she cupped her face and stroke her cheek. "Nic..." She was scared. Her voice shaky, fingers trembling. How long as the blonde held her heart already? Years. Being able to finally say it... She felt as if she was resurfacing from the water to breathe again. After Allister, there was still that twinge of fear. But with this being Nicola, that fear felt not needed. It felt pointless. Gods... By the gods... "I love you," she whispered, finally. They've always said it in a way. But to say those actual words? Finally. It finally happened.
nicola
montauk seemed to not only gave the three of them the calm they need, but it made them realize a couple of important things. it made her realize a couple of importanr things, but one rose above all, and that is she loves both women, she loves cleo lopez as much as she loves marissa harrison. one brought the fire and warmth while the other brought the calmest of waves in her life. fate works in mysterious ways, putting cleo in her path when she disappeared in marissa's, making the two meet when she needed to go that night. it all made sense now why the younger blonde has stayed with her through the painful nights, to hold her, to take care of her, to make sure that she's all calmed down and she's got her. and god, she felt like the hardships she's been going through are now worth it, having these two women in her life. cleo is indeed her sea goddess, the one that's guided her through so many storms, while their souls have connected with one another. "i love you," she replies with no hesitation, resting her forehead against hers, her fear nowhere to be found. she leans closer and kisses her, bringing their bodies together, a low moan escaping her lips as she slowly takes in this moment, the feeling of being able to finally be with the women she loves.
cleo
Nothing could've or would've stop the smile that grew on Cleo's face. Those words... Those words were fucking terrifying. But by the gods, hearing them leave her lips... Hearing Nicola Louise Sloane say those words... It meant everything to the younger blonde. She quickly brought her lips back to hers, needing to kiss her. Needing to drink in every sigh and moan and 'I love yous' that may leave her lips. Hands snaking their way into the other blonde's hair, softly tugging and playing with the light tendrils, Cleo moaned softly with her. She gently pulled her into the lighthouse, never separating. It felt rather fitting... For so long now, Nicola herself has been her lighthouse. Has brought this sense of clarity and has been a safe haven for her. For so long, she had felt as if she'd been lost at sea with no sense of direction. Going straight, but no final destination. And then... A beam of light shot out suddenly and she headed that way. That beam of light brought her to her lighthouse: to Nicola. And may the gods be her witness as she swear to never lose sight of her. Moaning against her lips and body rolling against hers, one of her hands trailed down to rub her side. "Gods, I love you so much, baby..." She couldn't stop saying it. Now that she finally has, she can't find it in her to hide those words.
nicola
a light chuckle slips from nicola's lips as she was tugged by the younger woman back inside the lighthouse. she pins cleo against the glass interior, lifting her up in her arms and wrapping her legs around her waist as they remained kissing, muffled low moans escaping her lips at every tug of her hair she gives. this appeared to be the right place for them, to say those three words, to admit their feelings for each other, knowing her love for the sea, which made nicola fall for it the same. fall for the sea and it's goddess, cleo mariana lopez. the one that guided her out of the deep and dark waters and resurface upon the sea, and kept it like that for her for the past four years every time she feels like she's starting to drown again. she kept a hold on her, made her one with the waves. "cleo.....i love you too," she whispers against her lips, before kissing her all over her face.
cleo
There was just something so perfect about everything. This all felt so right. Them saying those words to each other in the lighthouse next to the sea... It was perfection. It was them. Four years of a beautiful friendship together, of them basically raising Cordelia together and building a trust for each other. It was so natural and so fitting that they would also fall for each other. She wonders what could've been their lives if they told each other soon... But at the same time, she's glad that they waited. Arms pinned up above her and legs wrapped around Nic's waist, the younger blonde moaned lowly. "Nickie... Baby, I need you," she whispered, rolling her body against her. "Please... Please, my darling, I need you so much..."
nicola
"i need you, cleo...." nicola breathes out, slipping her hand under cleo's dress and cups her tits as her lips made contact on her neck, nipping and sucking on her skin and leaving a new trail of marks. the three of them are definitely going back to kingsboro with a lot of 'marks', but she didn't mind it at all. it's the best that people knew to whom she belongs to. "you think the caretaker won't be back in an hour or less?," she whispers teasingly against her skin while her fingers get lost in her hair. "i just....baby.....god...," she breathes out, kissing her lovingly once more, slowly running her thumb around her nipple. she then runs her hand down her underwear running her index finger on her clit. "i need to....to take you."
cleo
Cleo moaned loudly, her eyes fluttering shut and her head leaning against the glass. She loves it when she covers her skin with marks and love bites. She loves that she and Marissa have been doing so, and that she's been providing the same for them and that the two have done so with each other as well. The three of them together... It was incredible. She loves it deeply, possibly deeper than the sea. Giggling softly, she nodded. "He's an... He's an old friend of mine. Typically lets me have the lighthouse to myself for a good three hours. We got... possibly two hours?" Her arms wrapped loosely around her neck and her fingers played with her soft locks. Her breathing hitched softly, her finger causing her to moan. "Please... P-Please, baby... Please do anything you want with me. I just... Gods, I need you. I need you so much, baby..."
nicola
“well, i guess two hours is enough for us, then.” that’s all the time nicola needed for now to make love with cleo in what seemed to be the most inappropriate place for others, but for them, it all made sense. being in this place, with the people close to nicola’s heart, this all made sense. cleo and marissa came together in her life when she needed both the most, and that’s really told her a lot. maybe lauren has been listening to her all this time. she parted the woman’s hair to the side and starts kissing her neck, up to the spot just behind her ear, and grazes her teeth on her skin, before suckling on it, fingers still rubbing against her clit. “you have me, cleo….you’ll always have me,” she whispers, then slips her fingers in, holding their bodies close. “always….,” she murmurs, now staring deeply into those eyes before holding her close. nicola truly loves these two women in her life, and she would do everything not to lose them.
