When he's overwhelmed he literally releases steam because his processors are overheating and he needs to cool off.
He also knows Ichabod from a long time ago. Idk how or why but he does.
As a ship alphonse likes to do that motorcycle wheely thing (but boat) just to fuck with the crew. He's trying to find his free will so albatrio tell him to experiment a bit and they now hate that they gave him the idea.
