Have you ever done something that you NEVER would have done a few years ago? Yeah, I hear you. I ❤️, I mean LOVE PiYo! So, why not get certified to teach the program?? Why didn't I sign up a long time ago? F.E.A.R. False Evidence Appearing Real Teaching a live class? So NOT me - I was a follower. Get in front of others? Paralyzing. As a coach, I cannot be a follower. I am growing and learning to become the best version of me, to serve others. I have been running a FIT Club at work for over a year - I was even fearful to start that. I mean who gets fearful to put a DVD in and play a workout on a projector? This girl. Fear is NOT from God. I am getting out of my own way to serve women, who desire to live a healthy and fulfilling life. We are all meant for more than fear.
