the last operating intamin bobsled closed september of last year and intamin removed the model from the website

aside from being really sad that kingda ka is closing because its kingda ka im genuinely really concerned that cedar fair is gonna put intamin out of business or at the very least force them out of the market here in the us. i know kingda ka is nowhere near the best ride at six flags but it is a record holder and usually pretty reliable so closing it is gonna set a precedent that no ride from them is safe. i know theres some rides that probably are safe like wilderness run and maverick but its still concerning to see one of the kingpins of coasters go down like this.

predicting it now, were getting a vekoma super boomerang where kingda ka was (derogatory)
