Coates Developments was originally an idea formed by Justin Coates. It involved helping other like minded people like him, to successfully run their business/company in the right direction - the direction of success.
After a lot of trial an error, however limitless satisfied clients, Justin had to move forward more. So he set another goal.
By this time, Coates Developments, in the power of Justin was only being run for two real reasons. Reputation and Satisfaction.
Justin developed a new idea that could coincide with his original, however, is in a big way, much different. This is when IIM (Innovative Idea Mechanics) was introduced as a division of Coates Developments.
Coates Developments, had now become any mans thinker. For business of any sorts, unique ideas which could be used in business, unlike any other, could now be sold.
Some of these ideas include, product enhancements, entirely new products, forms and types of services as well as services never even thought of before. Plus so, so so much more.
Coates Developments, hires creative thinkers, and together, in a large group, or even within groups defined by previous experience or passion, ideas are created, plans are written and the future is awaiting.
