This tasty coffee cocktail shake has the rich flavors of coffee, chocolate, and toasted marshmallows. Great for a cozy evening or a special event.
Ingredients: 2 cups brewed coffee, chilled. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup. 2 tablespoons marshmallow syrup. 1/4 cup coffee liqueur e.g., Kahla. 1/4 cup vodka. 1 cup vanilla ice cream. 1/2 cup crushed ice. Whipped cream, for garnish. Toasted marshmallows, for garnish. Chocolate shavings, for garnish.
Instructions: Add the cold coffee, milk, heavy cream, chocolate syrup, marshmallow syrup, coffee liqueur, vodka, vanilla ice cream, and crushed ice to a blender. Blend until smooth. Mix the ingredients together until they are smooth. Put the coffee cocktail shakes into glasses to serve. Add a big dollop of whipped cream to the top of each glass. Lightly toast the marshmallows with a kitchen torch until they turn golden brown. Then, put one or two on top of each glass. For an extra treat, sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
