These Coconut Ice Pops are a refreshing treat perfect for a hot summer day. Creamy coconut milk combined with shredded coconut and a touch of sweetness make for a delightful frozen dessert.
Ingredients: 1 can 400ml coconut milk. 1/4 cup shredded coconut. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together coconut milk, shredded coconut, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles. Serve and enjoy!
