hi! i completely understand if you don’t want to answer this, but i was wondering how you can tell if you’re regressed? i’ve looked into it and i’m trying to find which things help me slip and sometimes my thoughts feel small but i can still tell i’m physically my big age, so i was wondering if there are any rough guidelines. also i hope you’re having a good day!! :D

um, i feel like this is different to everyone, so i'm just going to speak from my own experience!! everyone could probably give a different answer to this!!

for me, i get this light, fuzzy feeling in my head where it becomes hard to focus on literally anything. it grows more and more if i try to ignore it, but i've found ways to suppress it if i'm at work or whatever if that makes any sense.

sometimes watching a certain show or playing with a specific fidget toy help me slip if i'm trying to do it on purpose, but i know that doesn't always work for everybody.

i also have this purposely gigantic sweatshirt that helps me feel little because i literally drown in it hehe

this stuff probably didn't help at all, but this is just how i go about it. i don't really think there are "guidelines" or anything because age regression is different for literally everyone, so i think just keep trying things and hopefully you'll stumble upon something that works for you!!
