i'm gonna end up depleting all the hearts through this, but uh, i'm gonna assume that umi has all the evidence on her ??? maybe she can empty the trash bag ??? and if anything screams NICO then bam !! unless she already emptied it before -v-;;

There’s no feasible way that Umi, or any of the character’s for that matter, could bring all of the evidence with her. But thinking on this, it’s never really addressed how they bring that stuff up in DR/get others to believe Naegi/Hinata actually has it… I might just have to go with my head canon that the ElectroID’s somehow have, like, a camera feature or something or some way to add the evidence to present into a folder or something…. If not that, I always imagine what I saw in the live action Phoenix Wright trailer with a screen popping up with the evidence or whatever, but that’s way too futuristic for this so… yeah… But long story short, no, Umi doesn’t have everything with her, but Umi and Eli did go through the contents outside.
