Ok so this is a mix of canon and non canon as the censored Medic is ACTUAL medic while the one with the butchers knife is for a non canon thing with infection company the mod.

Doesn’t mean it’s entirely inaccurate persay….. just more so if Medic became not so….. friendly. :)
