Headcanon - Futures

Codename: Seraph has been theorized to be part of numerous coups and upsets in ONI's organizational structure and history. Due to his work, he's made a number of enemies and rivals over the years, and there are no small number of people who want him dead and his division dissolved and disavowed entirely. 

With the changing landscape of ONI, Seraph has often said to his closest operatives that they stand now observing the twilight of their division, and that he's not certain which is going to bring them to full dark  first - a coup from another division, or Osman ordering his termination. While this is certainly distressing to those operatives closest to him, most know him well enough to believe that he has a contingency plan for himself and for them should everything well and truly come apart.

Headcanon - Operatives

Seraph's operatives work in teams, generally of between 3-5, all specializing in different aspects of the job. 

All of the Vice Admiral's operatives, however, are capable of blending into their surroundings. The more skilled operatives spend at least six months in training with Kerubim or a handful of others learning refined techniques of altering their appearances and voices. The most skilled spend an additional month one-on-one with Seraph himself. 

Seraph's most highly skilled teams reap numerous rewards, but also have greater expectations placed upon them. They're the most highly paid members of the division, but carry the knowledge that their neural laces are tagged with tracking devices, and that Seraph may be listening in to them at any time. Despite this, all of his operatives know that unless their behavior indicates any cause for suspicion, their paranoid commander has little reason or desire to waste his time butting into their private lives.
