Resource manager code on Gist
Resources or assets manager template in C++. Uses a Singleton pattern template as well, which I'm not fond of, but works really well in this particular case. Feel free to use it in your own personal or commercial code.

Pre-Dev Log : We are now working with a real game developer!
But the images have nothing to do with him...
A friend of mine just joined the GetRandomGame project. He was working in a game development Studio in a big city 5 hours from here and moved back to raise his soon to come newborn. After two evenings talking where we were heading with this, we decided that he would help to implement the characters in the game. I will still be working on the tile map, adding walls (and auto-tiling them as well) soon. I have made a big cleanup before getting to work, like a lot of forward declaration, removed useless includes and moved utility functions in their own files and namespace. See the code below.
All that just to say that we'll be working on the project at least one day a week.
The images? Why?
These are made out of an old generated map of our engine, I just wanted to show the different maps that we create in order to get the biomes data.
