Worth Waiting (for the tide) Comeback
It's been too long since I am not writing or telling you about Cody Simpson. Yea, and I am kinda feelin guilty bcoz this blog's name was inspired by him and I used to posting about him a lot years back then *you go check it if don't believe hehe*. Haha soo, it's time to talk about him.
I know life has been so crazy for these years and I don't really even know what I was doing back then so I am not really into a fan girling world, wow real life is that hard right? I was following about Cody and get his update on him when it is his album Surfer's Paradise and then his accoustic album I guess and that time when he was with Gigi Hadid *that is so so so so yesterday* and then I don't hear news about him like anymore but I still got his songs on my playlist even my friends keep asking me what is that songs I listen huff *trying to defense myself*
I don't know where exactly I came back on the path that keeps me updating about Cody after finding him started a band named Cody and The Tide (of course it is after lots and lots full moon, lol) they released lot of cool songs guys on the EP album, Wave One. And then I found that Cody (recently) is also writing poems (beautiful ones) that you can check on his instagram (@princeneptunepoetry). I suddenly realize that wow I stan the right talents since long ago haha and actually it's kinda weird that actually I don't really like sucha local indie band/singer(s) who also write poetry in my surroundings(?) but I can love Cody this way, much kekeke.
Hmm, back into the topic a worth-waiting Come back. Cody and The Tide has just released their new songs few days ago, Underwater. And Cody Simpson (himself) also released his song, Pirates Dream. Both two songs is great songs you'll ever hear. As for me, these two give me chills and so relaxing that can wash away your problems haha. If you are just too bored hearing EDM songs, give a try to Underwater and Pirates Dream.
I am so happy for Cody and proud of him, that untill now he can produce music, write songs and poet in the way he wants, his heart and will want because -in my opinion- what is a song, what is a story what is a poem without soul in it, without heart in it. It is such a relieve that Cody can express his soul in his every project.
