Myself and Josh visit to the Red Ransom building in Silsden just over the Clog bridge. My experience was a good one with the owner being a nice guy who showed us all the rooms in the building and next doors gym. 

I intend to use the photos to create the interior with the Red Ransom and the gym within the theme of steam punk supernatural and the art style cel-shading.

The areas that i am going to develop into 3d are the main exterior and 2 other rooms inside with the gym becoming extra  content to represent Red Ransom.

Getting ready for Work Placement Application

Today we have converted our CV's to .PDF format ready to email out.

We have also used our formal letters for an EMAIL introduction - then attached our .PDF [CV].

As the employer [RBS] wants digital portfolios, not just a BLOG link, we have created A4 .PDF versions from Photoshop [or Word] which has our best work included [drawing skills/1-2 point perspective - concepts - moodboards - storyboards - digital comic - graphics - 3D models/renders .jpg] with a brief description of how it was created, its purpose, software used etc.

Team Meeting No3

1/. In YOUR TEAMS list all 13 agreed employers linked to the CofE4B Geochace.

2/. Discuss & agree which team member will work on which buildings [some team members will have 3 buildings] divide the work up equally with opportunity for being creative and taking into account the site of the building, the site/environment that it is located - will you consider the interiors?

3/. Find PHOTOS of YOUR AGREED buildings - make sure you have the correct address!! try using google, maps, images, artists impressions of the site/area.

Look for Front Elevation > Side Elevation > Top View / PLAN > google street view

4/. COPY & PASTE into WORD > PRINT OFF [colour?]

5/. Cut-up & stick onto TEAM MOOD-BOARD + Team LOGO

6/. PICK 1 PHOTO of YOUR building > SAVE into P/Shop or Flash > TRACE onto a NEW LAYER > APPLY YOUR ART STYLE.

7/. SAVE your work as a .JPG or .PNG to upload onto social media later.

This Afternoon:-

TWEET / FB STATUS - what happened yesterday - the project will be "Inspired Neighbourhoods" in Bradford

- ADD some images relating to William Saunders architects - plus a paragraph on what happened on Monday. Then what happened Tuesday with Linda from RBS Architects.

Then > YouTube Channel - add some professional architectural videos/3D walk-throughs/fly-overs.

Tumblr / Pinterest - UPLOAD your development drawing of your building - separate posts & comments #'s - NEW BOARD?

WIX Team Website - Announcements PAGE - ADD the questions you asked from yesterday Plus the answers
