We've put together this short tutorial on how to brew filter coffee at home. Often called "kaapi" the coffee from South India has an avid cult following. Traditional coffee houses in India still utilize this method to serve up coffee. Much better than instant and very different in processing than most other methods, this is a truly Indian way of brewing coffee. Enjoy.
