Small rituals, our morning family walk to coffee. You could just call them routines. But I like to approach the little moments of my day with reverence, because it's when we regard the mundane moments as worthy of our time & attention and really relish them that our lives become beautiful and infused with pleasure. Learning to enjoy the mundane and make it beautiful has transformed my life. November's "The Art of Slow Living" newsletter will be all about ways to find and create beauty in your everyday routines and turn them into pleasurable, mindful rituals. It will address how to carve out time so you don't rush through your day and ways I make things I previously ignored or didn't enjoy pleasurable like doing the dishes, laundry, and tidying. I really love housekeeping, can you tell? Haha. I do not. But with a few adjustments in my tools, methods, and thinking I certainly enjoy them a lot more. Chúc mừng năm mới!!! Haha, bữa đợt tết ấp ủ kể chuyện mấy ngày đầu năm mà mải hóng phốt (1 bể phốt khiến mình băn khoăn từ năm ngoái nhưng mãi mới có người khui ra) nên lọ serum EGCG của T.O chả có tác dụng gì cả. Đêm đêm nằm đọc từng comment, chờ đợi từng câu chuyện của những người đã là nạn-nhân, chưa kịp là nạn-nhân. Rút ra kết luận, thế giới này hoàn toàn không phù hợp với 1 đứa chỉ có sự giản đơn như mình! Mình vẫn tiếp tục hít drama bổ phổi nhưng có phần bớt chuyên tâm hơn vì giờ cũng cố gắng tự tạo công ăn việc làm cho bản thân. Nhưng, về cơ bản mấy chuyện phốt phiếc đấy cũng thú vị lắm ớ. Thấy các chị chia sẻ kinh nghiệm sống, kiến thức và học hỏi, nhặt nhạnh thêm nhiều thứ. Rút ra kết luận, có định lấy ai đó làm ánh mặt trời thì cứ công thức “tên abc + phốt” :)) ra gì thì ra, không ra gì thì cứ KEEP CALM & CHỜ PHỐT!!!

Chán đời ko cơ chứ, cái đoạn này hôm trước đang dạt dào cảm xúc vì vừa get high do tà tưa cacao kem trứng 70% đường, lại còn bonus thêm bữa teabreak latte cuối giờ làm việc thì bị lag tới tận hôm nay mới hiện ra bản draft. Còn đếch gì là cảm hứng để kể chuyện nữa, haizzz!

Thôi, hẹn 1 bữa cao trào khác để thêm mắm dặm muối cho mấy mẩu chuyện công ty bé tí ti vậy! Mình cũng thôi, đừng nghĩ bản thân là kẻ hèn nhát vì mới thử việc có 1 tháng đã nghỉ. “Vấn đề không phải cái hố quá sâu mà là tay mình ngắn". Sự thật đã là vậy thì đâu có gì mà phải buồn nữa!
