MAG002: Do Not Open
That coffin wanted Joshua Gillespie to fuck it so bad
MAG 2 Do Not Open
hell yeah I love this one. Like he just... doesn't open the coffin? He just does what he's told by the creepy wooden box and ignores the scraping and singing?
he literally just kinda forgets about it?
couldn't be me. I would have opened that coffin so fast it wouldn't even need to mind control me. this is why I'm convinced I would have either died or become an avatar SO quickly if I was in the tma universe
"it's funny how fear can just become as routine as hunger" ahdsajjfdguiwrh
also completely forgot that jonathan sims, the archivist is from Bournemouth
As the end of TMA looms ever closer, the little serotonin boost I get at any mention of Joshua Gillespie becomes stronger and more potent
Hey, at least you don't have to
carry that weight
anymore
Weeping Cedars / the Magnus Archives
Prequels that I would love to see:
Weeping Cedars prequel with the original Historical Society / Ikandaset Games team of Ernie, Chuck, Bernie, baby!Mister Clyber and Tom
Magnus Archives prequel with baby!Gertrude Robinson
Shortly followed by crossover I would love to see:
Gertrude Robinson fucking roasting the og!Historical Society for not just blowing up / encasing in concrete either the Historical Society complete with it's Archives or, optionally, all of Weeping Cedars
Or, alternatively, Bernie saying that since they can't destroy what's hidden in WC, then putting up high walls is all they can do, and that being the inspo for Adelard Decker and Gertrude's "drown it in concrete" approach to dealing with their own Dread Powers
(also obligatory honourary mention to Joshua Gillespie, a man who also understood the idea that, if you can't destroy it, you should try to make it inaccessible to everyone, even yourself)
If I was given care of a mysterious singing coffin with strict instructions never to open it, I would simply undo the lock and get swallowed by Too Close I Cannot Breathe.
Like, RIP to myself, but Joshua Gillespie is smarter than me.
There's only one episode left and I want to see Joshua Gillespie again but also I don't want anything bad to have happened to him ever so maybe it's better that he doesn't make an appearance
The fourteenth fear is the growing suspicion that Joshua Gillespie will make a second appearance and we'll find out the fearpocalypse got him after all...
