I really love the lunar new year art... they're so goofy.

Luke and Coindar, my bois
ART BLAST 💥💥💥
When I was a kid I used to play with Layton characters like dolls a lot. It was shipping but it was more than shipping too. I had whole storylines for "new games" where Luke and Flora teamed up and Luke had a girl apprentice and all the works...
In those stories, Luke was a mechanics expert, a sort of non-evil Layton villain, making dark contraptions with arms left and right.
One of these contraptions was a small, hand-sized robot called Toppy, in memory of his friend from Misthallery, because in I thought that Luke would get extremely sad when Toppy died (and I had learned nothing from Curious Village).
THIS BRINGS ME TO MY POINT:
💕 Carolina (OC) gives chocolates to Coindar. 💕
a little surprise
Coindar
For no reason other than lil cutie pie :3
The answer will probably turn out to be ‘no’, but what if Flora designed Luke’s little robot friend— or what if Luke introduces Coindar to Flora? Can you imagine how thrilled Flora would be?
If Luke designed Coindar, was he inspired by the villagers of St. Mystere? People might call him immature for having a ‘little robot toy’ but Luke argues that Coindar is not just a toy, they’re friends?
Then if the new villain somehow destroyed Coindar, would Luke get flashbacks to Azran Legacy when he lost his first robot friend? (I know it’ seems silly to compare Aurora to a tiny robot but STILL, THAT’S LUKE’S FRIEND—)
