everyone and everything is on a spiraling trajectory, doomed to repeat the same cycles.
you can place something in its path and cause it to spiral in or out, but you cannot change its inner narrative.

The energetic systems of the three cauldrons in Celtic mythology.
The poems of Taliesin describes the body as containing ‘three cauldrons’. They are known as the Coire Goiriath (Cauldron of Warming), the Coire Ernmae (Cauldron of Motion), and the Coire Sois (Cauldron of wisdom).
These cauldrons are like Hindu charkas but their energetic systems work and function differently. They do have similar aspects to energy wells, but they are more like vessels to me. Holding or pouring out different energies and brewing and boiling health, emotions, talents and wisdom awen.
They also have Chthonic, elemental and celestial aspects, alongside being connected to the 3 realms in Celtic mythology.
With that being said in the mythology they describe the positions of the cauldron within the person reflecting the state of them and their mind.
The first cauldron is Coire Goirath, cauldron of warming, located in the pelvis area acts like a furnace giving off life and warmth energy and should be tilted upwards.
The second cauldron, Coire Ernmae, cauldron of Motion, located in center of chest or around heart. Tilted to its side at birth and over time with life experience gradually turns upright and matures.
The third cauldron is Coire Sois, the cauldron of Wisdom, located in the head. This cauldron is upside in most people and through spiritual and emotional work it begins to tilt and in reward pouring poetic, prophetic and wisdom awen.
It seems that these ancient systems acknowledged a similar kind eminence energy systems found in other cultures containing the lower part of the body, the stomach and heart with manifestation of our physical energy.
I haven't worked with awen much but tapping into the Celtic energy system you may be able to grow and work with the awen concerning to the three cauldrons like shadowwork.
