Translates to 'breath of life'.” So this time on #monsteroftheweek we have a #shtriga and I DEFINITELY think #johnwinchester was using the boys as bait 😡😡😡😤 Especially considering his impeccable timing. But well either way I think this is a really important episode to understand the depth of Dean's character. This has to be one of my most favorite episodes ever because it's really important in the fact that we get an important insight into Dean's psyche. The hurt and guilt that he's been carrying for years has really played a crucial role in moulding him into a soldier who Absolutely HAS TO obey orders. In an earlier episode where we see the first fight between the brothers we get Sam questioning Dean "why do we have to follow all of dads orders Dean?" And now we know why. Or at least, why Dean thinks so. Because he feels guilty. Regretful. Responsible.
