A world where you can fly, a world where your body and mind are one and a world where you’re bigger than yourself. That is the feeling when you ski a good line. But the opposite happens when the world brings you ever so close to it and it wants you to inspect its details... ie: rocks, cliffs, snow. It’s a world where you’re being grounded and the after effects are not that far from the adolescence experience of being grounded by your parents. You have to sit in your room and think about what you did after a big crash like the one I had at @redbullcanada #coldrush2016. I rose to the occasion and once again engaged with flying and falling.
