doctor iceberg was taught how to knit by doctor glass in therapy sessions. they began to exchange little hand-knitted gifts like scarves or hats and stuff. when doctor iceberg died, doctor glass stopped knitting entirely until the funeral, where he insisted that he gets buried with one last hand-knitted gift ; a plushie of the two of them holding hands.

they get reunited exactly two weeks later

an au where Doctor Iceberg is a cyborg (or fully robotic, you decide.) and is taken in by Doctor Glass for evaluations and what-not.

Cyberg ends up breaking down and Glass has to fix him, although sloppily since it's not exactly his field of knowledge, but he tries his best either way.

They get really close and Cybergs circuits whirr and produce little bursts of steam whenever he becomes happy, which seems to be whenever he sees Glass.

In one containment breach, Glass gets dismembered and is left nearly unrecognizable. Cyberg knows its Glass because he did a scan of the area.

Cyberg spends the next three hours trying to force the body back together, trying to mold it, fix it like Glass fixed him, however flesh doesn't work the same way metal does.
