SYNOPSIS:
Cheerleader Vicki Fujioka thought the biggest problem in her life was her lupus. Then she wakes up after a trip to the hospital to find she has no reflection and a nasty reaction to sunlight. Oh, and she turns into a bat on occasion.
Now with the help of her supernatural aficionado best friend Cass, class weirdo Eddy who was in the wrong place at the wrong time, and their English teacher Pam who’s got more than a few secrets of her own, she’s doing her best to navigate high school as normally as possible. And if that means switching from cheerleader to school mascot and avoiding garlic at all costs, so be it.
In addition to the mundane daily problems of vampire life, Vicki’s also looking for answers about Cole, the hospital nurse who turned her, and the people he’s reluctantly gotten involved with.
